It is not very often that two solid boxing prospects, that are undefeated, and that are trained by two former So Cal prospects, agree to put it all on the line at such an early stage in their careers. But fans that will be at the Thursday, December 5th Fight Club OC show in The Hangar at the OC Fair & Event Center, will witness just that, as Anaheim’s 3-0 Dwain Victorian meets Norwalk’s 3-0 Danny Ramirez in a possible fight of the year bout! Fight Club OC fans have seen steady progress for Victorian in his three Hangar bouts with him getting is first KO win on October 3 over Juan Zuniga. For Ramirez who will be making his first OC visit, he’s scored two KO wins in his three bouts, over Ignacio Mondragon and Justin Santistevan.
This bout also has the trainer’s angle, as Victorian is trained by Bruce Warren and Ramirez is trained by former top So Cal amateur Manny Nava. Nava had a good pro career that included fights on the Battle In The Ballroom shows, with Nava a veteran of eight pro bouts.
The eight bout card will also feature 13-0 heavyweight Alexander Flores in the biggest bout of his young career meeting Houston’s 12-12 Arron Lyons, a top IFBA Super Featherweight World Championship bout between Maywood’s Lissette Medel and Long Beach’s Melisenda Perez, and top MMA prospect Curtis Millender looking to go to 4-0 meeting 2-2 Alex Suhonosov.
