How about a solid heavyweight bout between undefeated 6-0 Sergey Kuzman vs 9-3 Rodney Hernandez. Kuzman was the European heavyweight champion and Hernandez has been in tough before.
How about 5-0 Dmitry Bivol who may be the future light heavyweight champion of the world. All five of Bivol’s wins have been by knockout with his last KO win over solid veteran Junior Jones.
Not be outdone Fight Club OC fans will see 8-1 super featherweight Bekman Soylybaev defend his NABA US belt; and 7-0 Ruslan Madivey who is trained by Abel Sanchez will be back in action. It will be an Orange County matchup when Anaheim’s Carlos Gonzalez faces Garden Grove’s Guadalupe Arroyo with both fighter’s making their pro debuts.
MMA is back in a big way on the February 18th Fight Club OC show, when two time NCAA All American wrestler Ryan Lang gets back action. Lang who wrestled at Northwestern and finished 2nd in the NCAA Championships in 2007 has been off for a few years but will bring his 4-1 pro record into the ring when he meets tough U.S. Marine Justin Governale who also brings an impressive 5-3 into the lightweight bout.
Plus it will be another All Orange County matchup, but this time it will be MMA, as Buena Park’s Christian Gonzales makes his pro debut facing Huntington Beach’s 0-1 Joe Cisneros.
NEW FOR 2016 – Fight Club OC will now start 30 minutes earlier now at 7:00pm, with doors still opening at 6:30pm. Happy Hour gets underway at 5:30pm at Baja Blues right next door to The Hangar.
