Top Prospects Stay Undefeated

May 16, 2014

Irvine, CA: Before a full house of developers, architects, contractors, and lawyers, in attendance at the 24th NAIOP Night At The Fights, two boxing prospects stayed undefeated with dominate wins on the Roy Englebrecht Promotions show at the Hotel Irvine at Jamboree Center Thursday night.

With 1,000 tuxedoed fans looking on, Russian welterweight Sukrab Shideav stayed perfect with a UD over a very game Eddie Hunter out of Seattle. Shideav who gave away two inches in height just threw too may bombs for Hunter to ever get into any kind of rhythm, though Hunter who drops to 10-10 rocked the 5-9 Shideav in the sixth round. With the win Shideav earned the Golden State Championship belt and goes to 12-0 with 9 KOs, and might go for win number 13th at Englebrecht’s ight Club OC show on June 19th at The Hangar.

In the other pro boxing bout on the short program Detroit’s 20 year old junior welterweight sensation Ronnie Austion looks like the next Motor City star with a 90 second knockout of Luis Hernandez.  Austion showed blazing  speed in knocking down Hernandez 35 seconds into the opening round and finishing him off with a right hand to the head. Austion goes to 4-0 with 3 KOs and Hernandez falls to 3-7.
